Meatballs aren’t just for pasta! Serve alongside Dillicious Tzatziki for a crowd-pleasing appetizer, in a pita pocket, on a bun, or dished over brown rice. The best part? These meatballs are harbouring a superfood—walnuts are a great source of omega-3's, polyphenols (an anti-oxidant), and Vitamin E, which are all important for a healthy heart!


Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
  3. Form into 24 small meatballs. Place on pan. Bake in oven until browned, about 15 minutes.
Tips

*Swap in Lemon Dilly Dip Mix as the main seasoning.

Serve in a pita with 1 cup leafy greens, 12 cup chopped veggies, and 1 tbsp Epicure Dressing.
