Preparation
  1. Combine first 2 ingredients in a re-sealable bag or bowl, add salmon and massage to evenly coat. Let stand in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-fry over medium-low heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Serve with delicious prepared Mustard Glaze: Stir 1 tbsp mix in 12 cup honey mustard. Brush on salmon during last 10 minutes of cooking.
