Ingredients
24 large
frozen uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup
chopped spinach leaves
1 tbsp
olive oil
2 - 3 tsp
Pesto Herb Mix
Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, optional
toasted sesame seeds, optional

Preparation
  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl (not melamine), mix first 5 ingredients together. Microwave on medium-high for 1 minute. Remove and stir well.
  2. Microwave for another 2–3 minutes, until shrimp are just cooked through. Sprinkle with Topper and sesame seeds, if desired.
